2. Data we process and why

When you use the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide. We use these details only to handle your enquiry and reply to you. They are not used for newsletters or marketing.

The form is protected against automated spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. For this purpose, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address and browser data. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access or transmit the personal data entered in the form. Providing the form details is voluntary, but necessary if you want to send an enquiry and receive a reply.

3. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and responding to enquiries.

4. Data retention

We delete your data when the correspondence has ended, unless further retention is necessary to defend legal claims or is required by law.

5. Recipients

Your data may be processed by the website hosting provider and the email provider used to deliver your enquiry. Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical data in connection with Turnstile. We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Cloudflare may process technical data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are made using GDPR safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. More information is available in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use cookies for analytics or marketing. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Turnstile may use technical data needed to protect the form from spam.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict processing, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. 9. Data security

The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form data is handled using safeguards appropriate to the services involved in receiving and delivering your enquiry.
